1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

MM Capital Partners recognizes that the proper management of personal information is part of compliance. As such, MM Capital Partners shall comply with all laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information, as well as with the Personal Information Protection Commission Guidelines. Furthermore, MM Capital Partners has established internal regulations and rules regarding the handling of personal information and will work to ensure that all officers and employees are made aware of those regulations and rules.

2. Management Structure

MM Capital Partners shall appoint a Personal Information Management Officer to be the general manager in charge of operating and administering the management of personal information, and create a structure in which personal information is properly managed.

3. Collection of Personal Information

In the event that MM Capital Partners collects personal information, it shall do so by specifying the purpose of use of that information and shall inform the relevant person(s) or make a notice/announcement thereof in advance. Furthermore, if MM Capital Partners does collect sensitive personal information, it will do so only after getting consent of relevant person(s).

4. Use of Personal Information

MM Capital Partners shall use collected personal information only within the scope of the purpose of use that the relevant person(s) has been informed or notified of in advance, or only within the scope deemed related to the purpose of use. If changes are made to the purpose of use, consent shall be obtained from the relevant person(s) in advance.

5. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

MM Capital Partners will not provide or disclose any personal information to a third party without prior consent of the relevant person(s), except when permitted by laws and regulations. However, MM Capital Partners may provide information to third parties (except those overseas) through an opt-out scheme.

6. Joint Use of Personal Information

MM Capital Partners may jointly use the collected personal information as follows.

1. Personal data to be used jointly:
   Company name, affiliated department, job title, name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address
2. Scope of joint users:
   MM Capital Partners and its parent companies (collectively referred to as the "Company's Group")
3. Purpose of use for entities using personal information:
   To be used in connection with the Company's Group's businesses as laid out in the respective Articles of Incorporation of Company's Group.

7. Management of Personal Information

MM Capital Partners shall strive to keep the collected personal information accurate and up to date, and properly manage personal information by taking appropriate security measures to prevent it from being accessed by unauthorized persons, lost, destroyed, altered, or leaked.

8. Notice, Disclosure, Correction/Addition/Deletion, Discontinuance of Use/Erasure/Discontinuance of Third-Party Provision, etc. of the Purpose of Use for Personal Information

MM Capital Partners shall properly respond to any request by the relevant person(s) regarding notice, disclosure, correction/addition/deletion of the purpose of use, or the discontinuance of use/erasure/discontinuance of third-party provision, etc. of the personal information in the Company's possession, after verifying the identity of the person making such requests.

MM Capital Partners shall review this policy as necessary and work to further to improve the protection of personal information.
