- Queen Alexandra Hospital (QAH) project is a Private Finance Initiative (“PFI”) project providing facility maintenance and non-clinical services at QAH.
- QAH is an acute NHS public hospital with 1,200 beds and over 7,200 staff. It serves over 675,000 residents in South-Hampshire and Portsmouth as the core hospital in these areas.
- PPP contract of 35 years was concluded in 2005 and operations was commenced from 2009.
