Description
- Eduwest entered into a Public Private Partnership (“PPP”) contract in 2015 with the State of Western Australia to deliver and maintain a portfolio of 8 schools. The facilities were commissioned between 2016 and 2022.
- Following the completion and commissioning of each school, facilities management including provision of site managers etc. which provide an operating environment that facilitates student and school staff engagement, motivation, performance and retention, until 2047.
- Curriculum delivery (providing educational services to students etc.) is outside the scope of the PPP.
